DOMESTIC SHIPPING (ITALY)

We offer express shipping via MBE – Mail Boxes Etc. (1–2 business days) for all orders within Italy.

· Delivery Time: 24–48 hours from order processing

EU SHIPPING

We offer international express shipping via MBE (2–4 business days) to EU countries.

· Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout
· Delivery Time: 2–4 days from order processing

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE EU)

We ship internationally via MBE (4–6 business days). Orders are shipped as returns without duty.

· Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout
· Delivery Time: 4–6 days from order processing
· Customs & Duties: Orders may be subject to customs fees and local taxes upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Please Note:
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting Monday. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or courier delays. If you experience any issues with your shipment, feel free to contact us.

RETURNS

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days from the delivery date.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate the refund process, please follow these steps:

1. send a message to our email address shop@marbell.it

2. Upon receipt of your request, we will review your eligibility for a refund.

3. Once we confirm your eligibility.

4.Once the package arrives, we will process your refund within 14 days and return your money to the original payment method you used, unless we agree on another method. We're committed to making this process as smooth as possible for you. We would like to take this opportunity to iterate that the cost of returning the goods is on the final customer.
